
Our beginner courses cater for the absolute
beginner. We run courses during the term time. We subdivide into
smaller groups, each group is led by a qualified run leader. On
completion of a course we offer an assessment and the opportunity to
move into the next group if this is appropriate.
Alongside the Beginner courses we run two Run
Fitness groups.
One caters for those running 12 mins per mile
and the other 11 mins per mile.
We meet at the Reception of Wyndley Leisure
Centre, Upper Clifton Rd, Sutton Coldfield
Mondays 6:15pm
Tuesdays 9:30am
Wednesdays 6:15pm
Fridays 9:30am
