All Running sessions resume  week beginning September 6th and finish week beginning December 13th

 

Any 1 session each week - £36 (£24)   Any 2 sessions each week - £60 (£36)

Any 3 sessions each week - £70  (£45) Additional sessions £3

New for September 2010 Run plus 6:15pm Mondays

If you choose to pay per session it is £5 (£4)

Prices in brackets are for those full time students under 21yrs and those over 65 yrs.

 Please note if you sign up for ‘Beginners Run & Run Fitness’ and you want to join Run plus you will need to sign up to Run plus course as well.

Join our long (up to 2 hours) training runs - Saturday 2nd & 9th October

Sign up for training days by September 27th  

£5 per session.  Meet Wyndley Leisure Centre 8.30am for 9.00 am start (prompt)

 

 

 SEFitness Grandprix 2010/2011

If you wish to be included in the SE Fitness grand prix you MUST register by emailing  SE Fitnes.

No new participants after April 1st 2011.

It is also your responsibility to email your finishing time for all events. Remember to include any p.b's!

Running is a great activity for health and fitness.

It helps with weight management, prevention of coronary heart disease, control of blood pressure, osteoporosis, increases our energy levels, increases self confidence, makes us feel good and lots more.

It can be easily extended into competitive running especially with the number of fun runs available locally.

Our beginner courses cater for the absolute beginner. Our advanced groups cater for those running 5 or 6 miles.

We run on the road and cross country.

We meet at the Reception of Wyndley Leisure Centre, Upper Clifton Rd, Sutton Coldfield

Mondays 9:30am & 6:15pm & 7:30pm
Wednesdays 9:30am & 6:15pm
Wednesdays (speed work) 7:15pm **
Fridays 9:30am
