A Previous Olympic marathon runner, Sally Ellis uses her experience and knowledge to motivate and encourage others to meet their own fitness goals. You may wish to begin with 'one to one' personal training. The huge benefit of this is that is is 'made to measure': a unique fitness programme for you at a time that suits you. Alternatively, we have small groups which can be extremely motivating. Whether you want to loose weight, reduce your breathlessness, have more energy or just enjoy the social element: SE Fitness may be just for you!
