Advance warning! On Saturday 24th November SE Fitness will be taking over ParkRun! Please support if you can!
On Saturday 24th November all Saturday morning groups will be running, walking or supporting at Sutton Park ParkRun so make a note in your diary.
- For our beginner runners this is a red-letter day – potentially their first timed 5K run. Meet me, Becky, Julie and Vanessa down at the ParkRun start near Banners Gate. Will be bringing hot drinks and sweets to celebrate afterwards!
- Run Fitness groups meet at the start. Mark and Tammy will be there to welcome you and lead you around the course.
- Run Plus you can meet Andre early at SE Fitness HQ at 8.20. Your morning will start with a warm-up jog to the ParkRun start!
- Walk plus – Jenny wasn’t sure what you would prefer to do but many, many people walk ParkRun so we’d love you to join in. A great chance to showcase SE Fitness Walkers!
Marshalls – We Need You!
We are going to support ParkRun on 24th as well as take part so we need to pull together around 20 people to help. Please, please help if you can. It’s an easy job with training provided and will only take an hour of your time. This is an amazing community event organised entirely by volunteers. This is your chance to give a bit back too.
