For a bit of fun we are making this week ‘Backwards Week’! We are doing the routes on the programme but ‘Backwards’. It’s surprising how different the routes feel when you do them the ‘wrong way round’ so you might need to help your Leader out!
Remember you should take a day recovery for every mile raced. So if you ran a half marathon last weekend or turned out for 7 Pools yesterday you should still be taking it easy. Perhaps an easy leg turner but no more!
