Brilliant Couch to 5K course ideal for anyone new to running or not run in a while. 12 week course focuses on getting out there, having fun and being more active. Celebrate your ‘graduation’ at Sutton Park parkrun.
Fabulous 5 to 10K for anyone who can run 5K and wants to achieve their next goal. Small friendly groups lead by experienced runners and Leaders. Introduction to the joy of trail running as well as pounding pavements. Join us for 10K event in Spring – you just can’t beat that 10K feeling!
