Our 9.30 group walks at a brisk pace designed to raise your heart rate and give you a cardio workout! This session is on the trails in the park so wear walking boots.
If you are new or returning to exercise try our 11.00am group instead. We still go into Sutton Park but stick to the tarmac paths so it’s slightly easier underfoot.
