I’ve enjoyed myself during December and probably spent far too much time eating, drinking and generally carousing!
For me it’s time to put down the wine glass and pick up the Garmin. Pack away those party shoes and lace up the trainers. It’s time to burn off this spare Winter tyre.
I’ve spent plenty of time on the sofa now I’m looking forward to getting back out there. To feel the wind and rain on my face, to run the trails and to face the challenge of the elements. To come home muddy and sweaty but exhilarated. I’m looking forward to catching up with my SE Fitness buddies and meet some new faces. Folks who are excited to be starting out and come full of enthusiasm and New Year resolutions. Welcome one and all!
All SE Fitness groups back to normal Wednesday 2nd January. Including Speedwork on the track at 7.30pm. If you really want to give your stamina, speed (and weight loss programme) a boost then join us on the track for intervals – it is the quickest way to see results!
