To all Run plus & Run Fitness runners:
Our 7 week training programme for the half marathon begins next Saturday March 16th with a 7 mile run. Each week we will increase the run by one mile.
Joining the full course?
Can’t do the whole 7 weeks but would like to some of the sessions ?
We need to hear from you by next MONDAY MARCH 11th in order for us to have enough leaders available. Please let us know which Saturdays you hope to attend.
£30 for the 7 weeks or £6 per session (includes weekly programme, nutritional and motivational talks, maps of training routes, supported long training runs)
However, for those members already signed up to SE Fitness and Saturday is your normal run. – £15 will cover you for the whole course. If you prefer to pay per session it is just £3 and you still get all the above benefits.
