SE Fitness have been creating runners for over 25 years! We are qualified Coaches and Leaders in Running Fitness and work with small groups to help develop your confidence and fitness.
Our 5 to 5 groups (5 minutes to 5K) start with 5 minutes’ run / 1 minutes’ walk and builds up each week. Our aim is to see you running continuously for at least 3 miles in about 10 weeks. We finish the course with a group ParkRun and coffee to celebrate.
Our next 5 to 5K course starts week 3rd September.

- Mondays 9.30 and 18.30
- Wednesdays 18.30
- Fridays 9.30
- Saturdays 9.00
You will find us in SE Fitness HQ which is clearly signed round the back of Wyndley Swimming Baths. No need to book just turn up and look for Leaders in Hi Viz.
