Running

SE Fitness offer a range of running groups for all levels of fitness.  Each group has a fully-trained Leader who is there to support and encourage you.  At an SE Fitness session you get to improve your fitness, enjoy some great company and get to spend time in the stunning natural environment of Sutton Park.  A regular run with us will become the highlight of your week and with so many potential health benefits too!  Check out our different groups and find the right one for you.
