We have had one or two falls in recent weeks due in part to the move from road running to trail. The terrain in the park is uneven with many hazards for the unwary such as tree roots, loose stones and rabbit holes. Please remember to pick your knees up and run with your ankle at 90 degrees, no toes dangling down to catch on a protruding obstacle! This is particularly important as you start to tire. Remember just like the man in this picture Knee up, Foot up!
