One more item to add to our tips for summer safety. Several of you suffer from asthma and in some cases that can be made worse by the high pollen count. If that’s you, or could be you, please carry your inhaler with you when out with the groups. I guess if this is your type of asthma it could be easy to get complacent over the winter – time to start thinking about it again!
