This is the ideal programme to start with we walk for just under an hour at a pace which makes you slightly out of breath. These groups are social and a great way to build routine and enjoyment into your exercise.
How far will we walk?
We walk for between 2 & 3 miles in about 1 hour.
Where will we walk?
We use the tarmac roads in Sutton Park. Please note these are daytime groups only.
