Congratulations to our 5 to 5 runners. They started in September running for 5 minutes and now they can run for 4 miles! Many of them are ready to join our Run Fitness groups so please give them your support. Remember what it was like for you!
If you are a Run Fitness runner and you are always at the front perhaps it’s time you braved the next group? Choose a day when it’s an ‘Easy’ Run and have a chat to the leader. We don’t want you to stagnate in a group that’s too easy and we don’t want to make it too hard for those brave souls who are moving up. As I say, remember what it was like for you!
