As you know we are coming to the end of our Couch to 5K programme with our ‘graduation’ at Sutton Park parkrun on Saturday.
This is only the start of your running journey we hope! Join us over the summer for “5K Confidence Builder”.
Our objective is to develop your running so that you don’t just feel you can ‘finish’ 5K, gasping over the line, but can run it with confidence!
The programme includes a mix of road and trail routes as we start to develop your cross country running skills. We also dedicate some sessions to working on your pace and hill technique. At the end of the programme we want you to feel confident running 5K whether on roads or trail and ready for your next challenge!
