With an almost full schedule of groups back on the itinerary it’s great to see so many people happily back in the SE Fitness fold!
As you know due to social distancing guidelines we are still limited to 5 per leader (max six from any household outdoors) however there are still groups with spaces so you don’t need to miss out!
- Friday morning Run plus at 08:30 with leaders for 8,9,10 minute mile pace has spaces. Text me on 07788 628755 if you want to join. Burn the calories before the weekend!
- Saturday morning couple of spaces with Jess 08:30 for 10 minute mile run plus and with Mandy 09:30 for 12 minute mile. Text Mandy on 07834 621372. Run off the Friday night hangover!
- Start the week well on Monday morning. Run Plus with Beth and Neil (074792 075289) has spaces as does Run Fit 2 (12 minute mile) with Joyce (07988 823299).
Hopefully the limit on 5 per leader will get lifted in coming weeks as we are well aware that the walk group ‘bubbles’ are already bursting!
Lovely to see so many returning but completely appreciate that others feel the time is too soon for them. Hopefully as children return to school in September life will take another step in the right direction. Keep well everyone.
