Here’s the evidence that some of us actually do get out there while we are away. They say that Eagle Beach, Aruba is one of the best beaches in the world. Maybe so but can confirm that even at 7.00am it’s still very, very warm indeed for running. As you can tell by the red face and sweaty hair!
