We are hoping to start our next Couch to 5K for beginner runners, or those returning after a long absence, on Monday 26th April.
The plan is for sessions at the following times:
- Mondays 9.30 with Becky and 18:15 with Helyn
- Wednesdays 17:00 with Becky
- Saturdays 08:30 with Becky/Mandy/Vanessa or Julie
We also offer a Strength Conditioning class at 9:30 on Fridays with Brenton to support new runners.
Please note days and times are subject to change based on level of interest and leader availability.

Who knows, we may even be able to arrange a 5K graduation at Sutton Park parkrun!
