Joy will help you achieve your 10km target by leading a special 10km group on the following Saturdays (9am)
The runs will take you from your current 4.2m to 10km (that is 6.2m!). The routes will be on tarmac in Sutton Park.
Saturday 7th February 5 miles
Saturday 14th February 5.5 miles
Saturday 21st February 6 miles.
We hope you will all then have a go at our own Family Time Challenge (Friday 27th or Saturday 28th February 9am) where we offer both a 10km and a 5km.
