We’ve all enjoyed walking and running new routes this summer such as the Lockdown Perimeter loop. To keep that going I’ve included the Cinder Path route on the Autumn schedules.
I emailed all the Leaders a route map and some of my special descriptions. The intrepid Monday evening walkers were keen to give it a go so met early in order to get round before it got dark! I’m very pleased to report that they managed to follow my instructions and all back safely!
This Friday 11 and Saturday 12 September is your last chance this year to run ‘Round the Outside on the Inside’ with SE Fitness groups. We will give it a break after that because parts of this route get so muddy after bad weather.
Come and try the Cinder Path route with us on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 September. As Leaders are not that familiar with the route it will be an adventure if nothing else!
