Congratulations to Stan and Sharon who ran the Paris Half Marathon last Sunday. Poor old Sharon Rowley had to defer her place due to dreaded injury but went along to support her running buddies. Rarely have I heard such enthusiasm from runners for a course – it’s flat and takes in all the amazing Parisian landmarks. Stan even offered to pay for my place saying if I don’t love it I don’t have to pay him back! Never mind the Coach Trip perhaps its time for SE Fitness first overseas tour? Un voyage a Paris anyone?
