New Couch to 5K course starts on 2nd September. The perfect way to get into running. Qualified Leaders get you started with more walking than running and will help you build up to 5K with our ‘graduation’ at Sutton Park parkrun in November.
Our 5 to 10K group will reset and start with 5K / 30 minute runs in September. If you’ve missed a few weeks over the summer, then fear not! This group is the perfect reintroduction to running! We have decided not to go all the way to 10k this winter term but will save the long runs for Spring.
