We hope to start our new C25K beginners groups next week (Monday 26th April) so if you’d like to come along complete the Join Form on the website and we can email you all the details. There’s no obligation but we do need up to date contact details for everyone.
- Mondays at 09:30 and 18:15
- Wednesdays 17:00
- Saturdays 08:30
- and Fridays Strength session with Brenton to support new runners.
Please note we may have to be flexible around times depending on level of interest / leader availability.
Sessions are lead by experienced Leaders in Run Fitness (UK Athletics) and start gently offering plenty of support as you take your running journey from small steps up to 5K continuous running, hopefully with a graduation at parkrun!
