Our next beginners group, for anyone wanting a gentle introduction or return to running, starts next week. Out of respect for the Queen we have cancelled our groups on Monday 19th, so C25K will start on Wednesday 21st September instead.
If you want to try running, or want to get a bit fitter and prefer to be outside then our Couch to 5K course could be just the thing. We are experienced, qualified Leaders in running for fitness and will help you to get started. Our groups are small and friendly with the focus on encouragement and support.
Sessions on Mondays at 18:15, Wednesdays at 17:15 and Saturdays at 08:30. We meet at Wyndley Swimming baths and run in Sutton Park when it is daylight and on the streets around when it is dark.
