Sadly the nights are drawing in and soon our evening groups will be on the roads.
- Wear Hi Viz – Bearing in mind many commuters are actually looking at their phones Hi Viz is much more effective than a strip of twinkling lights.
- No Headphones
- Look both ways before you run into the road – It’s obvious right?! Not so much when you are tired it’s very easy to just copy the person in front.
- Be aware of your surroundings – pavement hazards include parked cars, cars pulling out, bins. Give each other room.
- Be considerate to other pavement users – including the other SE Fitness groups!
