Half marathon 7 week training programme suitable for those:
- doing the GBR
- another half marathon
- runners wanting to take part in longer training runs.
Saturdays meet 8.45am for 9am start
Week 1 – 23rd August 7 miles
Week 2 – 6th September 8 miles
Week 3 – 13th September 9 miles
Week 4 – 20th September 10 miles
Week 5 – 27th September 11 miles
Week 6 – 4th October – 12.5 miles
Week 7 – 11th October – 60 minute easy run
The cost of the whole course is £30 or sessional fees are £6.
