SE Fitness leader Mandy Morgan has committed to going ‘DRY’ in January and as an extra incentive will donate to the MS Trust (the SE Fitness 2016 Charity). Mandy said “I wanted a month off the wine to help me lose those extra Christmas pounds!” We wish Mandy the very best of luck!
