Meet at Wyndley Leisure Centre

8.45am for 9am start

Also, motivational & nutritional talks, professional training programme, weekly supervised long runs, tips to get the best out of your hard training, weekly handouts, post event social.  We will take the worry out of your preparation.

Cost £30 (cheques payable SE Fitness) or £6 per run

Week 1 is 7 miles please be prepared!  Suitable for all Runners in Run Plus and Run Fitness
