Sorry folks but due to the heavy forestry work in the park I am going to have to cancel the festive 5K Time Challenge tomorrow. The road at the top of Spider Hill was completely impassable this morning and, even without the heavy machinery at work, the level of debris and mud on the road means it is not safe. The next Time Challenge is 5th March and I will have a contingency route planned for that one!
For tomorrow Saturday 19th December NORMAL SE FITNESS GROUPS will go ahead instead. Please come down and join us for a normal 45 minute run: registration inside Wyndley reception at 9.00am.
