Sign up for an event – This weekend make it your job to register for an event you’ve been considering for a while but not got round to.
Take up our 7 session challenge – Anyone attending 7 SE Fitness sessions in February wins 5 points towards the Grand Prix.
Be a parkrun tourist – Parkrun always comes with a bright and enthusiastic atmosphere. Enter one you haven’t done before. Send me a photo / your time and get 5 Grand Prix points for being a #parkruntourist

Join our Moon Walk / Run – Monday 10th February 18:30 join us for a dark run or walk through Sutton Park and enjoy the special atmosphere at night.
