Some of you, like Paul and Brendan, have specific race goals you want to achieve. Paul wants to do the Great Midlands Fun Run in June. These are perfect motivation to keep you running even when you don’t feel like it. For those of you on our 5 to 5 course then your goal: To be able to run for 5K continuously; is getting closer every week!
Walkers this type of goal might work for you too. For example, if you had a walking holiday booked then your goal might be: “I want to walk to the top of Snowdon at the same pace as my friends.”
