Have you inspired someone to start running? Then get them to join SE Fitness 5 minutes to 5K course which starts next week. It is a great way to get into running. Leaders are enthusiastic, groups are small and everyone is at the same level so there is lots of mutual support. We had a great crop of 5 to 5ivers join in January who can now run over 4 miles and are with our regular groups. Some of them are getting faster and faster so look out for them in Run plus soon!
