Fradley 10K on Sunday is our first Grand Prix event of the season. It’s a flat 10K route on country roads. I’m sorry I can’t make it this week but Leaders Hazel, Louise, Andre and Rosie will all be there taking part, running as hard as they can while cheering you on at the same time.
