Meet up with other SE Fitness runners between 9.30am & 10am outside event headquarters. Michelle (SE Fitness leader) will be running – look out for her.
- The start is 10.30am.
- Aim to arrive one hour before the start – last year there were 2 mile tail backs on the A38
- This is a popular event – if you are hoping to enter on the day – check http://www.kpevents.net/ for availability.
- Leave your valuables at home….there will be NO SE Fitness gazebo to store your kit etc. Pin your car key to yourself, safely!
- This is a fast run – don’t get dragged along too fast…..save something for the end.
- Enjoy your run….and register your finish time with SE Fitness if you want to be included in our grandprix.
