We are at the end of Tuesday’s Top Tips for good running arms.
- Start with good posture, shoulders relaxed and down.
- Bend the elbow at 90 degrees and swing arms backwards and forward from the shoulder.
- When you want to run faster or uphill drive arms harder ‘sockets to pockets’.
- Relax those hands – crisps!
