New for 2014 – we are now offering a ‘Newbies‘ group for those who have never run a half marathon or are a bit anxious of doing the Birmingham half marathon.
Mark is our ‘Newbies’ leader. Mark will be at all our Saturday half marathon training and he will run at approximately 12 minutes per mile. If you would like to join this group please email me (sally@sefitness.com). If you run faster than 12 minutes per mile you can still be part of this group.
Newbies will be given extra support to ensure their first half marathon is a great experience.
