To all the Runners I hope your taper has gone well and you feel healthy and ready for the race. Remember to eat well and hydrate this week. Get plenty of sleep, it can be difficult the night before if you are nervous like me! Do get your stuff ready ahead – I note there is a baggage label in with the race numbers.
John and I plan to get the train into Birmingham and walk to the start. The First train from Four Oaks is 9:18 so we’ll see the Supporters in Sutton at 9:22.
