Important Information for Half Marathon Runners
- Next week is 20% off at Sutton Runner for SE Fitness members. If you are planning to put in the miles then now is the time to sort out your kit ESPECIALLY YOUR TRAINERS. You increase the risk of injury by running in old shoes.
- Half Marathon Preparation – Next Saturday 10th September please meet before training at 8.15. We will be having a short discussion / information sharing about preparing for a half marathon. We’ll cover tips on training plans, nutrition and the actual day itself. Hope you can join us and we can all share our experiences – good and bad!
