You may be aware that this year SE Fitness is linked with our local Fun Run and its 7000 entrants. We are aiming to raise a minimum of £1,000 over the 4 days for Macmillan Cancer Support.
In order to raise this money we are offering 4 Saturdays in May as training days for the fun run:
May 3rd 5.5 miles, May 10th 6.5 miles, May 17th 7.5 miles & May 24th 8.5 miles
A number of our members have offered to be PACERS for the above. This means we can open these longer runs/walks to all groups and also non SE Fitness members.
We need to know how many leaders we WILL need for our Saturday runners who DO NOT wish to take part in the above training days. Please ensure you let your leader know if you want to run on ANY OF THESE Saturdays but DO NOT wish to join the TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR THE longer distances. WE NEED THIS INFORMATION by Saturday 19th April.
