Saturday 3 September is week 2 for our half marathon training and we will be tackling ‘Round the Outside’. This is approximately 7.5miles on trail so an increase of 1.5 miles on last week’s long run. This year we have runners training for a mix of trail and road events so our training reflects that. Hopefully, this route is not too daunting for anyone because we have done it a couple of times this year already. I checked the paths and they aren’t too muddy.
