For those of you who have joined our half marathon training before this is a brand new 9 mile route for Saturday. The good news – no Monmouth Drive and you run DOWN cardiac hill! Some of the route is on the Cinder Path because I think that does make a lovely mile however you do need to take extra care down the steep, sandy hill. It’s only short so walk if necessary. Look forward to your feedback afterwards!
See you for a 9.00am start on Saturday morning. Walk to Run, 5 to 5, Run Fitness and Walk plus groups all as normal.
