Half Marathon training starts with a longer run this Saturday 7th September of 7 miles. All welcome. Run starts at 9.00am join me from 8.15 for an informal Q and A session if you’re training for your first one!
You can help ensure our half marathon training goes smoothly. Help by being a marshal and handing out sweets, water, words of encouragement and a point in the right direction. You don’t need a bike to do this as you can just walk to your station. If you do have a bike then if you can spare a morning to help out actually riding along with the runners that is great too. Anyone who helps with half marathon training earns 5 points towards their Grand Prix total!
