Don’t forget SE Fitness half marathon training starts next Saturday with 7 miles. New routes! Meet 8.30 to sign in and warm up ready for 9.00am start. If you are Go Monthly there’s an extra £1 to pay on normal fees. Leaders on bikes and running with you. Non members welcome so tell your friends and colleagues!
