A beautiful, bright morning and a gruelling 11.5 mile run for those SE Fitness runners training for the Great Birmingham Run.
Congratulations to all those who finished and GOOD LUCK to anyone in an event tomorrow including SE Fitness Leader Julie Dodd and her sister doing the Stratford Triathlon and Catherine Braggington doing her first half marathon at Nottingham.
Please remember your body needs fuel to take it beyond 90 minutes. This is what those sports drinks and gels are designed for. If you don’t like them then go ‘old school’ with a few raisins!
