To support our ‘Cross Train Challenge’ we are holding a Health and Fitness workshop on Thursday 28th November in the Sandstone Yoga Studio on Duke St in Sutton Coldfield from 7pm. The event is FREE but places are limited and offered on a first come first served basis.
