Just to remind everyone that we are still operating under our new Coronavirus Guidelines. Unfortunately I know it’s easy to forget, we’re just so glad to be back out there doing what we love with our SE Fitness Buddies!
We can’t afford to get complacent and it remains the responsibility of everyone attending a group to ensure we stick to the guidelines and keep each other and other park users safe.
Staggered starts – Total numbers across groups are building so we will be sticking with the staggered start times especially Monday evenings for a while yet.
Check it’s Safe for you – Check the latest government guidelines and only come if it’s safe to do so for you and your household.
Keep your Distance – we should all be maintaining a distance of 1m plus at all times. This means walking on opposite sides of the path. It could mean dropping into single file, if so then leave a gap. This is not the time to be breathing down the neck of the person in front! It may even mean stopping and moving off the path so let someone else pass safely. Please be courteous to other park users.
Catch it, Bin it, Kill it – if you need to sneeze, spit or otherwise empty your nostrils please do it in a tissue and dispose of safely.
Good Hygiene – Thorough handwashing before and immediately after session. I’ve noticed some folks carrying hand sanitizer with them and applying after touching the gates etc. Good idea!
Book before you Come – Every Leader has setup a WhatsApp Bubble for their group. If you want to join a session you need to message to let the Leader know you are coming. If you’re in the group, don’t worry you’re not obliged to go every week! This is how we are keeping the register of who is coming so that we can get in touch if we need to.
