Join SE Fitness 5 to 5 course in September. It’s proven that runners in a group are more motivated and much more likely to meet their fitness goals. Besides it’s much more fun to run with others!
Our 5 to 5 course is absolutely brilliant for beginners. It starts gently with a 5 min run and 1 minute walk then builds up over several weeks until you can run continuously for 5 Kilometres.
We have helped so many people get into running and they are now taking part in all sorts of events. It can work for you too if you come and give SE Fitness a try!
