If your half marathon or marathon training plan calls for intervals then feel free to come and join us on the track at 8pm on Thursday evenings.
Our sessions are varied and with different levels so everyone gets a good workout regardless of fitness or experience.
Our most regular intervals are 800s (approx 3 – 4 minutes) or 1K (approx 4 – 5 minutes). These are the most suitable for anyone training for longer distances.
However we also mix it up with shorter, faster sessions and our favourite ‘The Pyramid’!
