Tomorrow is the first Speedwork session of our new six-week course. We will be trying out a session as recommended by Jo Pavey, 10,000m European Champ, in Runners World. I thought what’s good enough for Jo will be good enough for SE Fitness!
I have adapted it so there will be different options depending on whether you are Run Plus or Run Fitness. If you want to beat your previous 5K or 10K time in the Time Challenge at end of June why not come down and give it a try? Session starts on the track at 7.15 for warm up with Jess and me.
